Quarterback AI ("we", "us") provides a macOS desktop application and related services for live sales coaching. This policy describes how we process personal data when you use our marketing site, book a meeting, or use the product.

Who we are

The data controller is the entity named in your contract or checkout flow. For privacy requests, use the contact method shared during sales or onboarding.

What we collect

We may process:

• Account and contact data: name, work email, company, billing details, and messages you send us.
• Product telemetry and diagnostics: crash logs, version information, and usage signals needed to operate and secure the app, described in-product where collection is optional.
• Call-related content you process locally: audio, transcripts, screen-derived context, embeddings, and knowledge-base material may reside primarily on your device depending on configuration. Where we use subprocessors (for example for transcription or models), they process data under their terms and our agreements with you.
• Marketing site data: basic server or analytics logs, and cookies or similar technologies where used.

How we use your data

We use personal data to:

• Provide, bill for, and support the Services
• Communicate about security, updates, and onboarding
• Comply with law and prevent abuse
• Improve our product where we have a legitimate interest, balanced against your rights

We do not sell your personal data.
